I know there is so much information available about building muscle, but unfortunately, it’s often hard to know the difference between what is correct, what is wrong, and what is downright dangerous!
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and have a passion for bodybuilding and weight training. I have completed numerous times, won several Western Australian state titles, and have achieve a runner-up placing in the Open Men’s Tall Class at the INBA National Championships. I certainly don’t recommend spending hours in the gym (there is simply no need to). In fact, I am a big believer in training smarter. Sure, you’ll need to train hard if you want to get the best possible results, but rest assured, if you follow the recommendations outlined on the site you will be amazed at how quickly your body can change.
Keep in mind, the principles covered here in Bodybuilding Book aren’t all ideas I’ve thought up myself. On the contrary! The principles here I’ve learned from my own training, which I’ve done since I was a teenager, from the countless books and magazines I’ve read, and from talking to and discussing different aspects of bodybuilding with people who possess the very best physiques on the planet!

In saying that, it really isn’t that difficult to do either! By simply committing yourself to performing the ‘daily disciplines’ you will be well on your way to achieve physical greatness that will not only impress the people around you, but most importantly, will impress yourself!
